Shipping Policy — Jesus Breath™

At Jesus Breath™, we want your order to arrive as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about processing times, shipping times, and delivery.

Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, our team needs 2 to 4 business days to prepare it before handing it off to the carrier.

Shipping Time

After processing, your order takes an additional 6 to 12 business days to arrive at your address within the United States. Orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Australia, and other international destinations may take longer, typically 10 to 20 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Between 8 and 16 business days from the time you place your order until you receive it, for orders within the United States. International orders may take longer depending on customs processing in the destination country.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing your order.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

Delays

The timeframes listed above are estimates and do not constitute a contractual guarantee. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, although we will do our best to keep you informed if this occurs.

Damaged Orders or Shipping Issues

If your package arrives damaged, inspect the contents upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receipt at jesusbreathteam@hotmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, in accordance with our 90-Day Guarantee.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address when placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment may incur an additional cost to the customer.
